It is hard to believe, that the end of the 1st semester is upon us. Share in the joy and accomplishments your child has made over the past two 9-weeks. They have worked hard, given their 100%, and shown growth throughout all they do, each and everyday. I appreciate the support, questions, and help you have given your child throughout this 9-weeks!
Here are a few of the upcoming events you can read about in the Third Grade Tracks, found under “classroom news”:
- End of the 1st 9-weeks is Dec. 18th. Report cards will go home on January 8th
- Classroom parties are tomorrow @ 1:30, remember, you will receive a raptor badge to come and join us in some winter holiday fun. Thank you Mrs. Sugrue and all who have provided the materials to make this a fun-filled event. You may sign your child out after the party from my classroom.
- We will be goal setting in January- please talk to your child about some of the academic and social goals they may want to make. We will reflect and work on meeting our goals throughout the 2nd semester.
- Please remember to send a coat or jacket with your child as the weather changes. It is often cool and windy at recess and a jacket will help protect us from illness.
Thank you for sharing your child with me each and everyday. I am truly blessed with some fantastic, energetic, hard-working 3rd graders!
