It is so hard to believe that we are entering the first week of March already! What a week this was with Student-Led conferences, Early Dismissal, and a Writing Benchmark. It has been a hard-working and rewarding week all-in-one.
Thank you to all of you for supporting your child and coming in and allowing them time to share all of their successes. We had some conferences go for 45 minutes! The students were amazing and really took pride in showing you all the great things they are doing. I also appreciate the conversations that you created with your child on reflecting on how they can continue to improve and stay strong in their learning!
Here are some upcoming events to know about:
- Progress reports go home, February 26th. There are 2 weeks left before the end of the 9-weeks.
- Binders will come home so be sure to look through each subject and see if there are any updates/changes needed. Thank you to those who go through and catch errors. I have encouraged your children to question me on answers!
- Some students need to actually organize their binder! They will find it helpful when looking for things!
- I informed the students- those who do at least 30 minutes of Think Through Math between now and Wednesday, March 2nd, will get to have lunch with me!
